Modern Patio with Elegant Stone Pavers
The foundation of this outdoor haven begins with the use of 24″ x 24″ stone pavers, arranged in a clean stacked bond pattern for the main patio. This contemporary design lends a sleek and minimalist feel, ensuring the area is both visually expansive and refined. In select areas, we elevated the design by grouping four of these pavers together to create large 4′ x 4′ squares, with vibrant premium synthetic turf in between each set. This interplay between natural and synthetic elements not only breaks up the hardscape but adds visual contrast and texture to the outdoor environment.
Palm Trees, Italian Cypress, and Pebble Accents
A key component of this luxurious landscape is the blend of tropical and Mediterranean greenery. Tall and graceful Dacht palms provide vertical dimension, their striking silhouettes standing out beautifully against the hardscape. Alongside these, we incorporated Italian Cypress trees, known for their stately and narrow growth habit. These evergreens bring a timeless Mediterranean charm to the space, offering balance and contrast to the palms. At the base of the palms, we added white Mexican beach pebbles, enhancing the aesthetic appeal with their smooth texture and bright white color, making the landscape feel polished and sophisticated.
Freestanding Pergola with Outdoor Kitchen
Adding both shade and style, the freestanding pergola provides the perfect transition from the landscape to the outdoor kitchen beneath. Built over a fully functional BBQ island, this pergola enhances the dining and entertaining experience. The BBQ island comes equipped with a built-in sink, trash receptacle, water heater, and refrigerator, making outdoor cooking and entertaining effortless. Adjacent to the main kitchen island, a separate table island features a stunning fantasy brown granite countertop, adding a luxurious touch to the space and serving as the perfect spot for gathering.
Custom Luxury Pool Design
The centerpiece of this outdoor retreat is the custom luxury pool, designed with relaxation and elegance in mind. The raised wall of the pool is accented with 24″ square fire bowls, adding warmth and drama to the setting, especially in the evening. The wall is further adorned with sleek gray 24″ x 12″ porcelain tiles, which provide a modern aesthetic while adding texture and depth to the design. Three sheer descent waterfalls cascade gently from the wall, creating a soothing sound and a dynamic visual element as water flows gracefully into the pool.
